Deskripsi:
-Matakuliah membahas konsep dasar, perkembangan historis, evolusi teori kepemimpinan, dan model/tipe/gaya kepemimpinan. Literature review, analisis aspek-aspek teoretik, budaya organisasi, dan perilaku organisasi/kepemimpinan. Mata kuliah ini menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project-based learning) yakni dengan melibatkan mahasiswa mendesain model kepemimpinan, dan studi kasus maupun survey tentang pelaksanaan kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi sekolah, Analisis data hasil studi kasus dan survey tentang efektivitas kepemimpinan sekolah, pengembangan model kepemimpinan efektif dalam rangka penyelenggaraan pendidikan di sekolah, dan penulisan naskah artikel hasil studi kasus maupun hasil survey lapangan untuk dipublikasikan di jurnal-jurnal terindeks/bereputasi.

  • Bertaqwa Kepada Tuhan yang Maha Esa, menunjukkan sikap religius, menjunjung tinggi nilai kemanusiaan dalam menjalankan tugas berdasarkan agama, moral, dan etika
  • Menguasai pengetahuan konseptual dan praktis tentang berbagai teori, nilai-nilai, dan hasil-hasil riset yang terkait dengan bidang kajian teori dan model kepemimpianan pendidikan melalui riset yang berimplikasi pada kebutuhan aktual pengelolaan sistem pendidikan nasional, dengan menginternalisasi nilai, norma, dan etika akademik, serta menunjukkan sikap bertanggung jawab atas pekerjaan di bidangnya.
  • Mampu menerapkan pemikiran logis, kritis, sistematis, dan inovatif dalam konteks pengembangan atau implementasi ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dengan memperhatikan dan menerapkan nilai-nilai humaniora pada bidang kajian teori dan model kepemimpianan pendidikan.
  • Terampil dalam mengkaji melalui kegiatan riset dan/atau pengembangan pada bidang kajian teori dan model kepemimpinan pendidikan berdasarkan kaidah, tata cara, dan etika ilmiah untuk menghasilkan solusi, gagasan, desain, menyusun deskripsi saintifik hasil kajiannya dalam bentuk artikel ilmiah, dan mempublikasikannya pada jurnal yang bereputasi dan terindeks baik nasional dan internasional.
